|HONOLULU – Aug. 21, 2006 - Readers of Travel + Leisure magazine have once again recognized Hawaiian Airlines as their carrier of choice for travel to Hawaii as part of the magazine's 2006 World's Best Awards. |
Hawaiian was ranked as the top-rated airline serving the islands, marking the eighth consecutive year that Hawaii's largest and longest-serving airline has earned this distinction.

In June, Travel + Leisure ranked Hawaiian as the top airline in Hawaii and fifth best domestic airline nationally in the magazine's 2006 World Best Service Awards.
